Terms of Service

RentPlace.in is operated by Vrinda Group & Suppliers (the “Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”), an India-based business operating from Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India. RentPlace.in is the trade name and online service through which the Operator provides the software, marketplace and related services described in these Terms.

References in these Terms to “RentPlace.in” include the Operator unless the context specifically refers only to the website, software or brand.

By accessing or using RentPlace.in, creating an account or purchasing a paid plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use RentPlace.in for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

RentPlace.in provides software and marketplace tools for rental-property operations, including property and unit records, tenant management, rent tracking, vacancies, listings, enquiries, team access, analytics and related services. Features may be added, changed or retired over time.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, RentPlace.in is a technology platform and is not a property owner, tenant, broker, legal adviser, accountant, bank, insurer or government authority. Users remain responsible for their own rental, legal, tax and commercial decisions.

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, upload malicious content, impersonate others, publish unlawful or misleading listings, or use RentPlace.in to violate another person's rights.

You retain responsibility for information, documents, photographs, property details, tenant records and listing content that you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions required to process or publish that information. You grant RentPlace.in and the Operator the limited rights needed to host, process, display and transmit that content to provide the service.

Except for user-submitted content and third-party materials, the RentPlace.in service and all intellectual property associated with it are owned by or licensed to the Operator. This includes the software, source and object code, platform architecture, database structure, workflows, user interface, visual designs, graphics, text, documentation, trademarks, logos, brand elements, domain names and other original materials made available through RentPlace.in.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use RentPlace.in for its intended business or personal rental-management purposes. This right does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, distribute or commercially exploit substantial parts of the service; remove proprietary notices; misuse RentPlace.in branding; or reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive source code from the service except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

Paid plans are billed at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Unless your checkout or plan states otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout.

You can manage an active subscription through the billing controls provided by RentPlace.in and Paddle. Plan upgrades or downgrades may take effect immediately or at a later billing boundary depending on the billing action shown to you.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for orders placed through our checkout. Paddle handles payment processing, applicable sales taxes, invoices and certain billing support responsibilities for those transactions. Your bank or card statement may reference Paddle rather than RentPlace.in.

Paddle's checkout terms and privacy practices may also apply to the payment transaction. RentPlace.in does not receive or store your complete card details.

You may cancel a paid subscription using the available billing controls. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the billing period keeps the subscription active until that period ends. Immediate cancellation, where available, ends paid access immediately.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

RentPlace.in may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, databases, messaging, analytics, payments and other infrastructure. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

We aim to keep RentPlace.in reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. We may perform maintenance, change features, impose reasonable usage or plan limits, or suspend access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or non-payment.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RentPlace.in is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We do not guarantee that a listing, lead, tenant, owner, broker, property, payment reminder or other user-provided information is accurate or suitable for your needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and RentPlace.in will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may restrict or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk, unlawful activity or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to subscription cancellation and record-retention requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply, disputes relating to RentPlace.in or these Terms will be subject to the competent courts having jurisdiction in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, payment arrangements or legal requirements. Material changes will be published with a revised effective date. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
